Want to work with Dogs?
Here at The Dog Adventure Company we pride ourselves on our personal approach to dealing with owners and their dogs. We know our customers names and how often they walk their dogs. We talk with them about their lives and ours. We love their dogs and all the joy they bring to the world and we are here for them when sometimes it doesnt quite all work out.
Every single person who is part of the Dog Adventure Team has been employed first and foremost based upon their personality. We can teach someone how to walk dogs, fit harnesses and bath a dog and we love people who have compassion and kindness. We are not bothered whether you have two degrees and 40 years experience with dogs. We are more bothered about whether you can understand that a customer is hurting because their dog is suffering or whether you understand that yanking a dog around will not solve your problems. Our inhouse training can deal with the practicalities of working with Dogs.
We work WITH our dogs. We do not demand that they are obedient, instead we guide them through life letting them know we are always here for them. That way we build a better, balanced and positive relationship with our dogs.
If any of the above speaks out to you then we want to hear from you. It is very rare that we advertise for jobs instead we love to hear from people who have always dreamed of working with dogs and want to take the first step into making their dreams a reality.
