Social Training Activities

Our Social Training Activities focus on a mix of obedience and correct, safe social interactions between dogs. Using some of the best natural areas around we run sessions to develop a dogs ability to socially interact with humans and dogs and teach effective obedience work to help build the bond between owner and dog.

Ideal for dogs with some anti social problems. The group will work together to improve everyones social skills.

Social Saturdays

Social Dog Walks Every Saturday 10am @ Various Locations

An excellent way to start the weekend. If you have an anti-social dog or just like to meet new dogs and people then this is the place for you. Walks take place around the local area and usually last around an hour plus we do our best to ensure that we are near places for refreshment.

Adult Play Session Every Saturday 4-5pm @ The Dog Adventure Centre. Cost £5 per dog

Adult Play sessions concentrate on allowing dogs off lead play and exercise in a supervised and controlled environment. Only Non-Aggressive dogs come to social sessions so you can be sure your dog will enjoy interacting and meeting new canine friends. To find out if your dog is eligible to come along please contact the office.

Puppy Partys Every Saturday 3-4pm @ The Dog Adventure Centre. Cost £5 per dog

Every puppy likes to play and we often find that most puppy classes (apart from our own) do not allow dogs to play off lead missing out key important areas of socialisation. With that in mind we have a Puppy Party every Saturday to encourage young dogs to get along with each other and potentially avoid any anti social behaviour for the future. Every dog has been assessed before hand to ensure they are not aggressive so you can be sure that everyone will get along. To find out if your puppy is eligble to come along please contact the office.

Behaviour problems can be stressful for both pet and owner. The Dog Adventure Centre is here to help.

During this meeting you will be given a Canine Behaviour Questionaire which will need to be filled in with as much detail as possible in order for us to make a proper assessment of the problem. We will also ask you to get a referral from your veterinary surgeon.
